I worked with Angela at Bromberg's to rebuild a monogrammed ring of my mother's that got lost and the work was absolutely stunning. Angela was so thoughtful and attentive and the ring turned out even better than I could have imagined. She was very patient with my questions and concerns and I could not have been more pleased with the finished product!

I got my wife’s engagement ring here! They have the best customer service and quality work! Ryan was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and helping me find exactly what I needed and in the timeline I needed! If you stop by make sure to ask for Ryan!

Charlie specifically was incredibly helpful throughout the process. not pushy at all and very helpful when it came to learning about the different options. My experience at Bromberg & Company, Inc. was truly first class. Upon entering the store Miranda welcomed me and listened to what I was searching for in a ring for my wife. Miranda showed me several pieces that were exactly the direction I was looking towards. She took time to explain in detail all the characteristics of the jewelry pieces we looked at and guided me towards a stunning piece that was aesthetically as I described and financially where I wanted to be. Huge thank you to Connor in service. The guy is a champ. I have a bracelet that I did not purchase there, the clasp was loose causing the bracelet to frequently fall off. Connor stepped in with some tools, took less than 5 minutes and the clasp felt brand new. Didn’t even charge me. Due to Connor’s customer service I will continue to come back. 5 stars for Connor!

These guys are exceptional. We came in shopping for a watch for me, and they set me up with a beautiful Tag Heuer. While my wife was looking, she fell in love with a ring, and with our anniversary coming up, the lady suggested I should take a picture. So I did. I came back without my wife one day, and she knew exactly which ring it was. They were all so helpful and made our anniversary special. My wife was shocked. Thanks so much for all the help.
